Hello. I know it's been ages since I updated my blog. I had some essays and exams and was cut off from the internet for two weeks during spring break. But also, I'm kind of tired of the blog. It takes forever to update and mostly I've just been hanging around with my boyfriend and his friends and there's really not much to tell about all that. I probably won't be updating the blog all the much in the next month, since exams are coming up fast and furious, but hopefully I will post some more before I leave here. I'm thinking about a post entitled "Things I Will Miss When I Leave."
For spring break though, Erica and I went on an epic journey around Scotland. We rented a car and drove 1391 counter-clockwise around Scotland. It was the best trip ever, we both are very sensible people and we got along great the whole time. We took some great pictures (and some not so great ones), but all in all I'm very glad we went. We started in Dundee, then drove north to Inverness and from there to the very northern tip where we caught a ferry to the Orkney Islands. We stayed in the Orkneys for two days and then drove across the top of Scotland and down the west coast. On the west coast, we visited the Isle of Skye and Oban (great whisky!). Then we drove through Glencoe and finally ended up in Glasgow where we spent the weekend in a shopping/tea-drinking frenzy. Hurray! We had amazing weather every single day. In fact, we've been having SPECTACULAR weather in St Andrews for the past two weeks. It's been warm, not so windy and generally sunny and amazing. Plus, the sun stays up until nearly 9pm. Couldn't ask for anything better!
So, I don't know whether or not you all enjoyed seeing my pictures on Facebook, but it's much easier for me to put them there than here, so that is what I did this time too. I put up FOUR albums of pictures, so enjoy!

Yeah, lots of pictures of mountains taken out of the window of the car. Unfortunately, the silly digital cameras Erica and I have are inadequate for capturing the glory of the Highlands. Oh well, we did get some good shots.
