I started growing my hair out in November 2004, and it got so long that it was halfway down my back. I liked it, everyone thought it was nice, but it got to the point where it was just too long. California is not a great place to have super long hair, and the 100 degree weather finally convinced me. So, I cut it. I cut off 7 inches and, now that I've gotten used to the shortness, I really like it! Here is a picture from the Memorial Day Block Party (thanks Sue!)
